Serenity Building Design is a small residential design practice where we like to dive in to a range of residential (low-rise) projects varying from:

  • The traditional Queenslander - alterations | extensions | raise and build under and heritage design

  • Secondary dwelling or granny flats - Small home design seeks to find a balance between budget constraints, comfort against functionality and ensuring the asset compliments the primary residence.

  • Bespoke residential design - these follow a strict set of scope requirements, client expectations, high-end internal and external finishes, joinery and coordination. We may also elect to work with other design professionals like interior designers, 3D visualisation, architectural estimators and landscape professionals

  • ‍We also provide a full set of plans you can purchase, without the need for a lengthy engagement. These are heavily subsidised, as the design is locked in, with minor

We utilise Autodesk REVIT, which is considered amongst the best architectural software aimed at providing 3D models, which can be cut in any X, Y and Z plane or turn anything within the model to on/off to showcase specific design considerations, floors or materials to name a few. Moreover, the 3D design can also be forwarded to clients with no licencing or software requirements, either in the Existing, Demolition or Proposed phase.

There are many aspects of pre-investigation we feel are necessary to talk about other than just your scope.
